A security deposit of €300 will be applied for this property. It will be automatically returned to you within 3 days of your departure date.

Cleaning

There are no cleaning fees however we do ask all guests to leave the property in a clean state and clutter free as they have got it. Any excessive cleaning required will be charged to the damage deposit.

Parking

If there is allocated parking please use this space. Please do not impede neighbors or anyone else with the parking of a vehicle.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside any of our villas and if there is any smoke smell, damage or burns this will result in loss of your security deposit and possibly additional charges and you will be blacklisted from any future bookings or services.

Parties and events

Unorganised parties are not allowed. If you wish to host a party or event prior permission must be obtained by Villahub or the owner of the villa.

Pets & extra guests

There are no pets allowed nor extra guests in the villa without prior authorization from the owner or VillaHub.

Swimming pool

If there is a swimming pool we ask that you treat it with respect, and keep it clean at all times. Please also ensure children are being watched at all times when swimming.
