A security deposit of €300 will be applied for all properties when booked direct with VillaHub. It will be automatically returned to you within 3 days of your departure date.
Cleaning

There are no cleaning fees however we do ask all guests to leave the property in a clean state and clutter free as they have got it. Any excessive cleaning required will be charged to the damage deposit.

Parking

If there is allocated parking please use this space. Please do not impede neighbours or anyone else with the parking of a vehicle.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside any of our villas and if there is any smoke smell, damage or burns this will result in loss of your security deposit and possibly additional charges and you will be blacklisted from any future bookings or services.

Parties and events

Unorganised parties are not allowed. If you wish to host a party or event prior permission must be obtained by Villahub or the owner of the villa.

Pets & extra guests

There are no pets allowed nor extra guests in the villa without prior authorization from the owner or VillaHub.

Swimming pool

If there is a swimming pool we ask that you treat it with respect, and keep it clean at all times. Please also ensure children are being watched at all times when swimming.



OUR WHITELIST PROGRAM

VillaHub have created a new WhiteList program. The goal here is to treat tenant how we like to be treated. Meaning that if you take care of our villas then we will give you something back.

Depending on your rating then you will receive up to 10% off future bookings on ANY villa with Villahub along with discounts on our many services that we offer.



Cancellation policy.

When booked directly with VillaHub the following will apply.
We require a 10% deposit which you will pay securely through our website. The balance will be paid on the day of arrival and you will be prompted to pay this securely online on the day of arrival. You will be able to pay this in full from the time of bookings.

You cancel with no charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. A full refund will be provided if its this case. If you cancel after these 7 days or do not show up on the arrival date then you will forfeit this 10% deposit.

If you book and pay with stripe there is a 3% stripe fee included in your booking. However, if you cancel your stay you will be liable for this. A refund minus this 3% will be refunded automatically from stripe.
